Reservation Policies

All prices, tariffs, surcharges, rooms/sites, and amenities are subject to change without notice.

Minimum nights' stay apply for peak and shoulder periods - surcharges apply for shorter stays.

Pencilled reservations will be held for a strictly limited periods and do not guarantee a reservation.

The Park does not arrange pencilled reservations for shoulder / peak periods.

There is no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason or you change your mind.

A one (1) night deposit is required to confirm your booking.  We do not reserve rooms/sites without a deposit.

The Park has a strict Cancellation Policy, we reserve the right charge an administration fee for all cancellations. 

The Park reserves the right to change room or site allocation within the same category, if deemed necessary without prior notification. 

All rooms/sites are allocated based on van/tent size and/or occupancy dates.  The Park will endeavour to accommodate preferred rooms/sites, however, is dependent on other reservations and park maintenance.
